For this project, my team and I partnered with PulseON Foods to design wello, a Gen Z–focused nutrition app that makes fiber engaging, intuitive, and personally meaningful. Through competitive market research, surveys, and in-depth interviews with young adults, we identified key user needs: quick and simple food logging, personalized fiber insights, and a clean, modern interface that avoids overwhelming users. We translated these insights into early concepts and low-fidelity prototypes emphasizing rapid tracking, mood and satiety check-ins, and optional social features that encourage consistency without feeling like a chore. Our research-driven approach ensures the app bridges nutrition science with playful, user-centered design to help younger audiences connect what they eat to how they feel in a meaningful, sustainable way.
